Lonely Planet votes Croatia as Hot Destination of 2005

Lonely Planet global employees have recently voted Croatia their ‘hot’ (as in ‘have to go there!’) destination for 2005 in their annual survey! Don George, Lonely Planet’s Global Travel Editor, conducted the survey. He feels that, ‘Croatia’s appeal was its unique combination of culture, history, cuisine, accessibility and affordability.
